Feelings

There are many words associated with this phoneme. And the nicest of them all is Love. One cannot defy the fact that it is one of the wonderful feelings that actually happens with everyone be it with their Parents be it with their Kin be it with their better halves or anyone but it is somehow more compatible with someone who is actually no one to you and somehow becomes everything to you, this is when it becomes more important and it changes you in a better way, the way you think the way you do things the way you care the way you love the way you touch the way you feel the way you do anything it brings out some positive changes in your life.

It is a feeling that surrounds you with beautiful thoughts and emotions. Everyone must have been through this phase or most of the people would have gone through this feelings myriads have even expressed their thoughts over it by calligraphy or by any other measure and even I am not a pariah so am expressing my thoughts over this wonderful feeling.

When the souls are ready to bask in the shower of love then you start noticing everything your first touch, your first hug, your first hold, your first kiss, your first walk and more importantly which is more a romantic scene your first walk in the rain, your first evening together your first lunch and in between this there is a whole different world which helps in making each and every second a moment which is priceless and nothing in the word can buy you this. The smile, the tears, the word that fell up on your ears, the soft touches, the sweet pains makes up your life a place to live and there is no word called hatred betrayal or war nothing like this. Holding hands simplify all the problems gives strength to face any impediments looking in the eyes makes you feel if nadir is there then it is here only. Mesmerized hypnotized these feelings start gaining their importance, travelling the time becomes a regular phenomenon when you can go back and collect those special memories and live them again and again and again. Dreams become wishes. Happiness starts increasing manifolds. Weather starts playing an important part, each n everything starts looking more beautiful than ever. You start loving smiles, teasing and all the small things happening around you whether it’s a song or a picture or anything playing. You start loving and understanding the words more than ever. You start loving expecting and giving surprises. You start believing, trusting and hoping whatever happens you will do the best for him and her and there you start actually loving when you start believing blindly.

Someone said somewhere it is very important to be in the state of love whatever you do and one can never understand this until and unless he is state of deep love and believe me it is the best feeling in the world and also there is no wrong and right in this feel everything is right and you can never go wrong when you love someone and believes it to be your god.

And also do this much of love that the one you love when sees himself or herself from your eyes he or she start loving himself or herself even more than ever. Even I write Geeta or Bible or a Quran long feel of mine that wouldn't be enough to explain love. At last but not the least for the one whom I love, a few lines to you my Kaasyaa, my Daisy, my Paglu, my JM and my everything.

Are we free?

 Yes the diversity, the diversity of India. We are really proud of what I said in the earlier lines. But is it actually true or we are just showing it of that we are proud of or it is just a boasting or self exaltation? Whatever it is but one thing is for sure that ‘WE’ the people of India are not sure that are we really proud of what we should not have?

Now the question arises that the complex line mentioned above portend to what and which situation of our country? And yes! Some of you must be having the rectified answer. The answer is ‘Are we really free or we still are encompassed or besieged by the same impediments and deterrents during the time we were subservient, abject and acquiescent under the Britishers.’ And to that question the riposte will be ‘NO’ and why is so? Do ‘WE’ have any rejoinder any elucidation? And again the same big ‘NO’ appears.

Our country is made up of various states and they all have contradistinctive religions deviating beliefs colorful festivals and yes! The mismatched language. All above idiosyncrasy are seen as an organ in a body but what about the language? No it is still considered as the biggest hindrance in our so called integrity even if the government sees it or not but it is. There has been lot of places in our country where it is practiced willingly and there is no solution for this. For example I’ve been talking to one of my friend who recently got placed in a designing company (won’t be revealing the state) and a team was appointed to perform the various tasks allotted to them. What he recited to me was totally astounding and shocking. The team allotted to him consisted myriad of the regional people and a handful from the alien side or the other region which is not a big issue. The main concern is the synchronization when the handful of aliens are not able to get what their team is performing in their own tongue knowing that the official language in any of the MNC’s is English but they still profusely use their own tongue.

It is not the only case when one gets exasperated, even at the university level it persists. Recent case of one of my close pal proved it once again when he was allowed to give the seminar on an incongruous (according to the university which they revealed at a later stage) topic. What was amusing? That it got passed by the university and on the day when the seminar took place something happened that just shook my inner conscience. The student emancipating the seminar was on spree on there was no stopping of him he was prodigious according to the audience sitting over there (still citation needed). The whole crowd got involved in the seminar for the very first time and it was just fabulous. But there was a problem with the boy that seems to be with every anthropoid present on this earth the act of spontaneity. He used to speak in his tongue every time he commands anyone spontaneously, so while he was commanding the staff for some regular procedure he just did in his own tongue which  caused resentment in the moderator sitting over there and as the seminar got on the verge of conclusion he reprimanded that boy by first letting the gun fired on the shoulders of selecting an incongruous topic and then reprimanding for the real cause of speaking out his own tongue and if it was not enough he suggested to learn his tongue in order to give seminar.

What I am asking if it was an incongruous topic why he allowed it initially and secondly if he had reprimanded that boy by saying that he should have spoken whole of the seminar in the official language and also ordered his staff in that language only it would have been acceptable but what he did was not acceptable. In my eyes it should not have been drilled at educational level.

   But it is and what else we can say when the most vaunted personas of the society the teachers practice this and still with full pride we can call ourselves as independent. And the question again arises are we really independent?

FAILURE OF THE SYSTEM

We all are surrounded by a limitation, a boundary, a criteria, a curbstone or any bonds that restricts our ways of living and somehow we all starts living with it, adapting, reconciling ourselves according to it but some get circumvented over it and some venture upon to change it. The word 'IT' which is used here many times refers to the SYSTEM which edifies us to live and act in a certain way and in a adherent manner.

But the word BUT here holds a strong view regarding the inefficacy of the system. How does SYSTEM FAILS AND HOW DOES IT AFFECT anybody somebody or everybody. The answer is here. After many surveys and researches done by me the results were very much astounding and very much dreary too.

Here's a recent incident that came to me or more of a real, happened in front of my eyes. There were some elections going around the university these days and as the word 'ELECTION' tumbles on our eardrum, the very first thought which comes in our cerebrum is ordaining the genuine candidate or more to a practical situation selecting the one which is less corrupted or less worse than others. Why it happens ? Any reasons? We cannot find out what is the reason or why it happens but the only thing we know is that it has to happen and it will!

Now as the elections were on rolls and every balloter was busy electing his candidates but whoa! the scene got slightly mutated and the slight mutation made it more dramatic than the election itself, now it is the one who were elected previously would be retaining their places as they were the ACTIVE and I won't utter much of the word. This really was a statement that made me think and cogitate on this topic THE FAILURE OF THE SYSTEM.

Now answering the question which would soon be arising, so the first one,'How and Why does it happen?'
The answer is, the element which the system is made of is humane and they are bound to do or to commit the mistakes and repeat them. But the answer is not satisfactory the reason is the type of humans forming the system and and their ability and their decision making skills, these are the few reasons that do make the difference because they might be having some academic degree but what they lack mentioned above is not taught in any of the Schools or Universities.

The second question or the asking is that What impact will it make on ?
Yes there are lot of impacts wandering here and as I can sense that many of you are having bated breadth are wanting this  question to be answered the first impact that it will make upon is the society the environment  we are living. Intending to get the same previous results they are making the society the environment live under the rules of safety not relying on the person which can make the difference whether it be positive or negative the society is under a constant fear but the optimistic person would be having a vision that the new candidate or the leader will bring about some positive changes and if he/she doesn't that person will stand tall for it's society.
The second impact is on our selves that they hinder someone's personality and it's development and making him frustrated without knowing his actual potential and then it brings out some of the disastrous changes for the society and the whole system not only fails but also give rise to some of the worms who will be readying themselves to shatter this system

Now you decide will our system change or is their anyway that the failure of the system can restrained???
I had read somewhere that,'If all is well with the Universities then it will be well with Nation.'
Hope so the statement made by any of the great man does not go wrong.

Reading are WE losing it?

Reading the word which used to be a boon for all of the anthropoid in the preponderating condition of our world but it is an ignominy to all of us who are studying and pursuing some sort of course. There are myriads of humans who are literates still don't want to read ,they are called Aliterates a different term apportioned to this coterie and those belonging to this clique are nothing but are singly culpable for making each and every person in this filed of literature go hang their head in shame.
But the question arises are they only responsible for this degradation and the answer as well as the one who be riposting would be on the horns of dilemma as the radicle genesis could be the one who are the most vaunted personas of our society THE TEACHERS the one who shows us the paths who usher us in various triumph and the next big question arises HOW?
We all are well versed to the verity that the teacher plays an important function in building up a child's career but what if  the pedagogue himself or herself is not ready to impart the success formula that is READING. There could be various reasons for this to happen might be the teacher adroitness in not much good to lure the students to let mesmerize in the beauty of the subject he or she is teaching. What I erected that the biggest reason for the extinction of reading habit is the impoverished method of teaching prevailing in our country.
There are teachers tutors who are in multitudes don't have the fascination towards what they are going to teach and when they don't have keenness toward their field how come they kindle up the conflagration into the heart of the scholars.
This is one of the most hilarious thing I have witnessed so what could be the possible justification why the teachers the gurus in today's world are not able to ignite the fire towards reading in the heart of the students there could be ample of reasons so today I want to interrogate all of  you what are the practicable reasons for the pathetic condition of the teaching style which is leading the students lose their reading habit which results in  half heart studies and lack of interest so I want answers in the form of comment given below hope you would come up with some of the most astounding ripostes.

I am matured now or am I matured?

Since I am in the college now and what is the most amusing thing of college is the one question that is gyrating in most of the cerebrums studying here is," for what purpose are we here?"
And there are various ripostes to which run of the mills are to secure future, to get a good job, to get a good girl and one of the most astounding rejoinder was to have a degree because my dad is hankering after it. But still it is not pacifying and after peregrinating  much I met my friend and he was having the unsurpassed response to which my impetuosity mollified and the reply was to be matured. And this made me concern over myself ,"am I matured?"
And for this too I had to travel another many miles and then I got my answer. But in advance of that it is very interesting to ask all of you," Are we all all matured?" Think and again the answer lies within yourselves. My mother used to tell me that it is very much necessary to be a good anthropoid before anything else and at I used to listen it and not more than that. But it meant a lot which I comprehended now, she only meant that you should be matured as the time comes.

Recently I was in my college taking a look at my result and for no surprise I cleared all the hurdles and was happy but what was disheartening  to me was the aura that was making me stifle and there was a continuous round of  interrogations regarding the score and I was amid that multitude who were being interrogated, somehow I absconded but it was escorting me to my dorm even. So there was sheer row of happiness and sorrow all around but it was me who was transfixed without any cipher of  exuberance or mourn. And I was just absorbing what all was going on and in thick of that one person with amiability came and offered me some syrupy and made an obvious inquiry what did you score to which I responded,"I became matured ."


And pat comes another inquiry," what?" And I again replied,"Yes I am matured now." And then came the practical question I was waiting for,"How?"  To which I smiled and said thanks for the offer.

Now I want to elucidate that we don't study just to get a degree or make ourselves get a good job. But the main purpose of education is to be a good human being and to be matured enough to understand ourselves first. You were in the primary school and were having an inquiry of how much did you score to one of your classmate and the same question continues till you get in the secondary level and also you get in the colleges then you must have earned a degree or certificate and you must have increased some numbers in your age but still you are having the same mentality as that you were having in the primary and secondary level and it has not increased yet. So think and answer to yourself I am matured or Am I matured? To me I am matured now and its your turn to be mature.

what it takes to be a perfectionist

As far as today's world is concerned we are very much voracious for success but sometime the eagerness and the hunger for the success leads to some of the very rapacious sequel. There are various confrontations which is a real proof for the above statement. But we have a very attenuated line of difference between being successful and being perfectionist. So what it takes to be a perfectionist? So prior to that we must know that is it a fact that a successful person is not a PERFECTIONIST always but a perfectionist is always a successful person. If you are in any sort of dilemma than the answer lies within the yourself. In our country we dream and dream so much that it is enough to satisfy us and leave the rest on god, whether its blaming or denouncing him for his done and than consoling themselves what they did was not wrong, leave for being it to be right.

What is the cardinal conundrum with all of us is that we make ideals easily and start visualizing ourselves on the very much place where they belong but can't see the excruciating pain they had to sustain in their lives ,the moment we came across the throes they had to suffer and it imbues you to prepare yourself to go under the rigorous training to face all the impediments in future, then only you can be a successful person you dreamed of. And for that the most important thing is that one should be in proper discipline, which is the most important recipe for any type of success. From each book whether it's being THINK AND GROW RICH OR ANY OF THE ROBIN SHARMA'S BOOK or any of the book the main aspect which they focuses upon is DISCIPLINE.
And it's not a one day game to be abide by the discipline but a regular practice which will keep you in hunt for  success.
In short perfection is not a small thing thing but small things do make perfection. So gear up and make yourself disciplined to be a PERFECTIONIST.
